My fren got help alot congai buy tickets, using his VISA card, to come to sgp but they dun have problem leh he only buy tiger or jetstar for them, no others.

I just flew on Tiger last week to go HCM and back ... However at both our Budget Terminal and at the HCM airport, I was not asked to show either my confirmation ticket or the VISA card which I used to make my booking ...

I have been flying to BKK and Macau on Jetstar, Tiger or AirAsia but seldom got asked to show my confirmation ticket and never got asked to show the VISA card which I used to book the tix ...

However, I did experience it with the so called "full fare" airlines such as SQ, Cathay Pacific and Swiss Air ... One has to present the VISA or credit card used for booking during check in ... When I booked ticket on my fren's behalf, I have to call up the airline and fill up an authorisation form so that my fren need not present the credit card used for the booking during check in ...

This is my personal experience ...

tiger and jetstar confirm got no problem as they dont state when booking online that when checking in, passenger must show the credit card used to book the ticket
