I believe most of them got the data from telco.
Previously i think it appeared in the news that got people working in the telco selling cust data to ‘repay’ their debt. With that. Mostly mobile phone are linked to your fb/ig and etc. so that’s how everything got linked i guess

Some are just not wise to the world yet, some are gullible, some trusting.
Some ppl, when they think they find what they want, let their guards down. Learning process, some have to pay a high price, some get lucky.
