What I don’t understand is that , why can’t you name this person? You say he is a guy , name him and shame the devil.

I saw a post before which someone use a girl photo to sabo her like put real contact number and name.

So, i am worried that someone want to scam $200 and yet sabo another person by having other person name.

pay $400 to advertise here but can scam $4000 from horny guys and "he" knows that these guys dare not report police .. why not? this is call "investment"
