HSV HPV?

I am currently in vietnam and recently there are multiples "pimple" on my pubic hair area, there are like 2 - 3 near middle my shaft. I only had sex with my gf, only spotted the pimple after coming back from CNY.

I did went to the doctor in HCMC they suspected its HSV, the medication they gave was MIDANTIN, MELOXICAM, ACICLOVIR MEYER, another one to apply on the "pimple" was PODOPHYLLIN, but now my hands starting having some "water spots" on it after eating these medication.

I have already contacted the clinic that i went to and i am still waiting for their reply now
