If Brendan continues to be ignorant and fields Gerrard ahead of the back 4, Liverpool is going to leak more goals.
Aston Villa (Agbonlahor) and West Ham (Downing) completely destroyed Gerrard's game. He has no pace nor strength to play at that position. Can is the likely replacement but should Brendan wishes to field his talismanic captain, he has to re-think his strategy. It can no longer be 'Let us pass the ball from the back and give Gerrard the space to make those killer passes.' Every team is able to see through this plan. Pierre.
