HI guys i have premature ejaculation problem does anyone know how to cure it?i cannot last more then 1 min any doctors i can visit for help?

Tongkat Ali helps you to revitalise your energy from fatigue so that you do not feel tired in fact some will experience multiple rounds of intercourse within short period of time without feeling very tired.

In terms of premature ejaculation, logically Tongkat Ali does not really help to prolong. What you can do is to pcc before you screw and definitely it last longer. Yes, you can see doctor too.

You have to learn to control, what better way than to find an excuse to go bonk? Learn to slower your pace when you need to...masturbating before sex helps too...

I'm not sure if it really helps but some reviews on the Durex Performa says it does!

Actually you can go to any clinic in your neighbourhood and consult. I saw 1 poster for premature ejaculation in the clinic i frequent. The doctor should have remedy or special treatment for different cases. Other then clinics, you can try go for "Zhen Jiu" or Accupunture. Chinese Tcm can seriously help you boost your endurance. But prepare to spend around $80 per month for 2 treatments every 2 weeks. It might be your kidney weak, eat less cold water, drink more hot water. Don't eat those green bananas, heng cai, giam cai etc. If you got a lot of money, you can go for Jua Gen which is the more expensive option.
