I had a severe waist pain on 7th May 2014 when I get up in the morning. I can hardly get up and walk ! Sweats starts to drop and I began worry is it because of a stroke !! I forced myself to to stand up straight but pain was unbearable. No choice ! I have an important appointment no matter what i have to meet my client. After wash up i struggle myself to a private clinic. After some examination he said is the vain damaged deep in the body waist. I asked him how to kill the pain he suggested injection. After injection things were ok. When i woke up next morning same problem occurs. I start calling friends. Some say massage, acupuncture or exercise. I was restless in my room: what to do ??? Than I decided to go for massage the PRC I known her for sometimes in Bukit Bintang. She massage my back portion not much pain, HOWEVER when she massage my buttock I doi the pain was very severe ! After 10 mins I felt pain is less. Rest for 15 mins pain is gone. I asked her why ? She said the pain is because of the joint between the leg and body is clogged. After massage bloods starts to flow and pain is gone. Oh my god !! If I continue with the western doctor specialist don't how much money and suffer have to bear.
