Looks more like sub-OKT. There are few sub-OKTs in the Forum, if you read/check carefully. Better to go direct with OKT. About $20/$30 lower.

Now small businesses cannot survive. It makes sense to form consortium and then offer single service (e.g. like express bus to Malaysia, many agent one bus company!)
Only thing is that they must learn how to advertise singly so as not to confuse everyone. Definitely old clients will always support their favorites because of level of service etc. Nowadays, OKT also go for business/economics and enterpreneurship training!!
