As a controlled drug it would be considered "illegal" to purchase it without a doctor's prescription my friend

However as long as you are not purchasing it for reselling at a profit (which in this case it does really becomes illegal especially if the quantity is too huge to be able to justify as personal consumption), the most you will have to do if identified by customs is to forfeit the entire loot
