There's a spa in Balestier where they have room for couple massage, not expensive. Staffed by PRC and Pinoy, i'm sure they can accommodate your request, i've been massaged (alone) by the Pinoys before, they can really do a good oil massage.

Checked with my regular at West and she confirms they may have such service in the couple room if the customer and ml no rejection to each other.

With the safe distancing measures, can 4 person be in the same room? If unsure, better to visit joints separated by curtains. Easier to pull back curtains in the event of a raid.
