SINGAPORE — A 20-year-old man was sentenced on Thursday (Jan 5) to at least 12 months’ detention in a reformative training centre for raping two underaged girls, one of whom was his biological sister. He had earlier pleaded guilty to four charges, including rape and sexual assault by penetration. Four other charges were taken into consideration for sentencing.
