Firstly, there should be laws regarding doctor-patient confidentiality. You can sue your psychologist if he leak any information about you without your consent.

Secondly, the law will not touch you on something you 'might' do. Unless you're a terrorist threat, they won't give a fuck, even if your psychologist raise a fuss. Unless of course, you've already done something bad.
