But I realised secret to hard rod is to work on your body and stay away from caffeine. For me, if I have to goto work daily, the rod won't have good erections, but however if I do very vigorous exercise, like out in the hot sun photoshooting or hiking, while carrying very heavy bag, morning to night over the weekend, then take supplements like argenine, orginine and young cows milk I would have super hard rod for the week as if I've been a teen again, would still be hard even after I pcc. yes bro u are rite on.... exercise do increase hardon but not really on the caffine part... i had a lot of caffine every single day... but my rod is still as hard as a steel rod... but well still depending on whois the one dat turned me on
