　　王毅表示，当前中伊关系良好，中方理解伊方在维护国家安全、推进经济重建等问题上的正当合 理要求，愿在 力所能及的范围里继续支持伊实现和平安全与经济重建，愿意看到伊为地区稳定和发展发挥应有作用 。中方愿与伊 方加强高层交往，开展产能合作，推动中伊关系迈上一个新台阶。希伊为中方人员在伊参与有关项目 建设提供有力 安全保障。

　　贾法里表示，阿巴迪总理期待不久访华，进一步推进两国各领域互利合作。伊方感谢中方为伊安 全和重建提供 帮助和人道主义援助，将采取切实措施，保障中方机构和人员安全。

　　贾法里通报了土耳其派遣军事力量进入伊北部地区事态，强调此事侵犯了伊拉克主权，希中方支 持安理会就此 问题召开紧急会议，敦促土立即撤军。

　　王毅表示，伊拉克的主权和领土完整应该得到尊重和维护，任何反恐行动都要在国际法框架下进 行，遵守安理 会相关决议，尤其是要征得当事国同意，并有助于维护地区的和平与稳定。
