3 months is really too short. btw required $1500 monthly or 1 time payment ? and if your salary $2-$2.5K/mth i dont really think is enough

for your point 1 to 3... if you have more encounter more viet gals you will find it very similar

give yourself more time to understand more... 日久见人心
