You dont know the thai market for houses.

Condos and apartments have no such problem.
If u want to build a structure for business (like build a small hotel or resort), probably makes more sense but still need to factor in the additional loss on structure to project your investment returns.
Are townhouses better investment as they have condo type facilities. Will there be value appreciation?

I think there are too many condo and too few sellers hence not much upside. Thai news report many empty condos not able to resell or rent

humm prc is driving up market rate due to them transfering funds out of motherland.

i wish to buy but hard to get thai bank to approve bank loan. still looking at areas near new bts/mrt lines but budget 100 to 150k sg
