Udon Thani
In general Udon Thani is more suitable for farangs.
The only good thing about Udon Thani and Khon Kaen is you don't have to put up with desert storms.

Drop over to Udon Thani for a short holiday.
Basically, is a very carefree area, not as busy as in Bkk. More for retire and lepak Lifestyle is similar to chiangmai. Not much of night life as most are beer bar in nutty park as well as day and night bar.
