North Korea restaurant I think they say close liao. Even not they also attitude one like cannot take pics etc. Anyway, darling darling is one place I will avoid. HOw much is ur single trip travel insurance for 1 week? Covid covered??? I think NTUC should be good enough to replace the FORTE insurance as stated by Cambodia government which they no longer enforce us to buy.

$34.20 for 6 days coverage for Single Trip Classic Plan to Cambodia, no coverage for pre-existing medical condition (High Blood for my case, not cover) It has S$250,000 Medical expenses overseas coverage, should meet the entry requirement set by Cambodia government of US$50,000 coverage. This is the premium if buy online (with 40% discount). I find that it is lèss costly than buying from AXA or FWD, all provide similar coverage., but if you buy from NTUC Income, you just need to pay $125 for pre-departure PCR test at Raffles Medical Group clincs. Anyway no matter where you buy from, you need to pay for all expenses if you kena Covid overseas first and file for claim upon returning to Singapore, also no travel insurance compensate if you tested positive once you landed in Singapore. Also no compensation before leaving Singapore for whatever reason, if Cambodia government close the border or Singapore government suspended VTL or if you're tested positive before you leave and can't proceed your journey, no compensation, only refund of premium at most. So no different who is the insurance provider. Just try to avoid anything that require to pre-paid before the trip as far as possible. Air ticket can be refunded if you opt for Flex from Jetstar, hotel choose Booking.com and opt for pay at Check-in (higher price but safer) . So if you can't go last minute, the most you spend for nothing is just insurance premium and PCR test.

I still think its best to buy cambodian insurance from cambodian company like forte so that its easy for the cambodian govt to process insurance claims etc......

Take note that no matter how sick we are, even at the verge of death, as a foreigner, cambodian hospitals require foreigners to pay upfront some deposits before admission, this can be as high as usd5k to usd10k and above. So if we have forte, the cambodian insurance, its easier for the hospitals to process documents.

Im not too sure, but I guess theres only one hospital in cambodia which is near the Phnom penh international airport.

Not sure the price of the forte but I think it can be very expensive. For the money wise make sure u have enough cashlimit in ur cc. If not u better save the number of Singapore embassy in Cambodia. As we are good rich first class citizen, they will offer to help us not worrying we cannot afford it. Nah joking. There will help us regardless rich or poor. This is SINGAPORE government world best.

There are a few hospitals, like Calmette but newer, better facilities n near airport is Royal Hospital... same group as Bangkok Hospital Thailand.
