I feel as one gets older, with more experiences under the belt, there would be a saturation point or change in desire.
No longer looking for lets just fuck sex, but more emphasis on feel/connection or whatever.
This forum has already discussed how to quit a lot of times in a few threads.

That's not true. I have quit the habit and I'm still around on a daily basis happy to give advice if called upon.
