I live near there, mask up quite common over there because of the TCMs(and bros scared they kena record like in this case). The mall is even more dead than during covid because a lot of shops close down due to old owners retiring, so if you go recce you kind of standout because of how dead the mall is

what is the best time to recce? There are a lot of beauty shops that aren't open in the video. Meaning shop unit in operation but perhaps it's before opening hours. Did the guy in the video go too early? The sun still seemed quite bright in the videos.

from middle afternoon to not after 7-8pm probably. from 8pm many closed liao. yeah quite a few shops usually open but wasn't in the vid. or maybe dec on break idk

The shops at level 2 change often ah, except for the usual ones. Normally go after lunch time will see more open if I am not wrong.
