Curious question

I've read quite a bit and there isn't a clear answer from someone who's actually been through the actual event.


To confirm , it is definitely illegal to provide sexual service in exchange of money in Singapore, especially if you're not in a licensed premises like massage parlour or any other places you can imagine.

However, is it illegal as a customer? What will happen if you're caught during a raid ? Fine? Jail?

From what I've read, its not illegal for customer. However you'll need to give full cooperation as you're obviously the key witness in the scenario. Other than that, do they inform your family ? Boss ? Or just let you go with a warning ???

Any bros here with experience can share ??

Nothing will happen to client.

All you have to do is to admit to AV that you are paying as a client and that you dunno the whore. Dun be yaya papaya try to say you knew her as a friend and that will get you into hot soup if the whore involved in criminal cases.

The thing that can happen is the AV officer will just record your ID/passport and let you go. The gal will be investigated for any other offence.

I read from somewhere in other threads that they will force u to testify against the lady. Refusal to do so risk exposing your activities to your significant half.... they are evil and leave u to no choice

Thanks for sharing .. my main concern is, the whole incident will just stay between us chiongster and the government ,right ? Will they inform our family ? Or next of kin? Work place? Just to make sure we will think hard before doing this again ..

There are no laws against paying for sex, as long as girl is 18 and above.

A long time ago, actually only a few years back, and also recently as a thread here, was what happened to a group of guys who went to have paid sex with a girl and she turned out to be younger than 18.

I think got high level civil servants and also a school principal kenna.
Also someone from the Shaw family ?

When caught, just admit paid sex and tell the truth.

I think the shaw grandson was sentenced to jail for a while. While there are no laws against paying for sex. Some police officers might try to make things difficult. If kenna caught, dunn be to too kuailan.
