No. Never use any new phone or take out my SIM card. Also my line is not a new account, been using it for close to 2 years. Not sure what's the issue here.

I suspect the Line algorithmn recognises devices imei instead of sim numbers..... that's why probably encounter problems unless it is the original phone that you used to registered your line account with.
