Very hard after this article came out. My fear is whoever lists out the loopholes in this thread... we will see a news article exposing this loophole soon.
Easier for you to 'sell' off your cdc vouchers. Just pass your $300 cdc voucher link to someone else who can pay you $270 cash. Win win. This loophole is undetectable on the government level because you can follow this person to shop for big ticket item. 1 shopping trip to bust the cdc voucher.
