How to stop massage addiction?

I kept thinking about going to Spa for massage and happy ending all the time. During work I also will think about which spa I will visit after work, during break time will search Facebook of the Spas and see which ML chio. Everyday i am thinking about this things. How to stop it? I am going to Spa everyday so far. I can't focus on my work in office.

You can decide about which spa to visit previous night and in the morning before coming to work send message to book her. For the rest of the day while at work keep the phone away from your desk (in locker or car). Check messages only during lunch.

left with the bare minimum to payoff loans, utilities, and daily necessity.

Great advice. Pre-plan your spendings and your activities and you should be fine. You need to bring back the focus to your work because after all, this generates the income you need to sustain your x drive.

I know a cost efficient way. PCC every time you had the thoughts, in office toilet, at home or on the bed when you wake up at night. This won't solve the root of your addiction but treat your symptoms.

My suggestions, solving the root of your addiction :

2. Talk to a friend who understands. If not, write a journal. Its like confessing to a priest, will give you comfort and motivate you more.

3. Make sure you drink enough plain water and treat yourself to good food (e.g. steaks, buffets).

4. Go for legit massages at established massage chain shop. Your body is mixing the pleasure signal from a good massage and the happy ending. Separate them.

5. lastly, the hardest I feel. Pick up a hobby, interest or do a side hustle. An empty mind is the devil's playground.
