No point playing if you are a starhub user.
Since all starhub's users behind their proxy, the viva server will think you are all clones and suspense your accounts sooner or later.

There is no ISP in singapore which so called "hide behind proxy". Singnet, Starhub, M1 Vodafone users who play that game have the risk of being on the same IP as detected by the game server. Dig out old thread u can read more.
