To the threadstarter, just some insights if you do want to be successful
 I am quite sure many here have closet fetishes in collecting worn panties especially if it is warm & fresh from the oven  However many are quite skeptical on the source especially if there is no way of ascertaining the wearer so unless you can safely or confidently carry out as such, your potential start-up business may be doomed to failure my friend An example would be to actually meet the potential buyer at a crowded location (for your own safely), go into a changing room and came out with your panties freshly deworn and packed in a ziplox  but of course there would be loopholes as well since we will not be able to know if that panty came from your bag or hips.....
