Since last month keep on having clear discharge coming out from the penis. Went to see doctor and was clear with all infection after doing an urine test. Doctor say it might be due to anxiety or stress.

Till now its still like that and its making me feeling to stress and anxious.
Any bro here encounter this type of problem before?

Not urine. Heard doctor mention something like prostate juice. Went to see 2 doctor already.

i was at the doctor's clinic today. Asked him a similar question. He described the discharge as very thick sperm-like. This discharge is a symptom of prostatitis - an inflammation and/or bacteria infection of the prostrate gland. There are two main types of prostatitis: (1) Acute Prostatitis (caused by bacteria infection); and (2) Chronic Prostatitis (causes unknown, typically age-and stress-related).

The prostate is involved in the production of semen. It produces a thick, white fluid that's made into a liquid by a protein called prostate-specific antigen. The liquid is then mixed with sperm, produced by the testicles, to create semen.

Cranberry juice is generally thought to be good for urinary tract infection but it is more a health supplement rather than treatment. For proper treatment and cure, take Potassium Citrate (10ml diluted into 1 full glass of water, twice a day) - it helps keep the urine alkaline and prevent crystals (stones) from forming and helps to dissolve them. Good information indeed. Cranberry, in pure juice form or in capsule is the health supplement only, and not a cure to prostate problem.

Hi bro, it's either like the doctor said, you have prostatitis or you have NGU. NGU means inflammation of the urethra, it could be due to masturbation, or soap entering your pee hole when you wash it, could be due to STDs also but since you are clear, then it should be just normal NGU. I suggest you go to DSC, and ask them to do a gram stain. You need to hold your urine for 4 hours before that, do not pee. They will insert a stick into your peehole (might be painful but for a while only), if its NGU, they will be able to tell u within 20 minutes.

Prostatitis got two kinds, one is bacterial, one is non-bacterial. To rule out bacterial one, you need to either do a semen culture or a urine culture (after prostate massage). If no bacteria is found, it means your prostate issues is mainly due to stress or enlargement. Enlargement of the prostate is very common for people who are age-ing. Go to a polyclinic and get a specialist referral letter to hospitals to see a urologist. Hope this helps.
