I went to Club 28 recently, Still think it is one of the better mid size joints.

But when they countdown the PPC... and fucking long...

Club 28 is ok, but like a bit out of the way and also there are a lot of hangers who brings their own girls there.
1 girl can sing again if she gets $500 flower.
So some girls can sing and sing and sing for very long. Become a Concert, so boring if you happen to be a small hanger.
