NBR near jln sultan, even along jln sultan itself. There are quite a few 24hr joints over there. Free parking at night, lots of eateries, pubs and ktvs that open till the wee hours. Very convenient.

Tried both, both clean.

Lucky (Newly Opened not long ago) and another one opposite i forgot the name.
Prefer the one which i forgot the name as have better massaging skill.
(If i'm not wrong should be numbers as name of the spa)
