PEASANTPORE: A four-hour donkey debate followed National Birdcage Minion Penang $$$$$ Cow's Minion-grade statement on partisan town councils in Imperial Court on Monday.

Eleven regime Peasants' Representatives spoke up for AIM's dodgy deals before Minion Cow finally rose from the abyss to reply to the points raised by them.

Minion Cow emphasised that he is aware of the donkey dodgy business in regime and opposition town councils and washing linen aka 'show hand' style will only do harm to all their chums.

Labour Sylvia Lim, sensing a kill decided to take a potshot by stating the moral high ground that the Labour does not agree with the findings on the AIM transaction.

She said: "Birdcage Ministry fell short of not admonishing their lackey town councils for risking disruption to the public in the name of politics using AIM gate.

"KNNCCB, you think by telling peasants we also got dodgy deals with our chums, you can placate the peasants huh? In politics, we scratch our own backs but you never keep your side of the peace and send donkeys to 'kachau' us using AIMgate hor, then turn around say we as just as corrupt as you??

"You behaving like the recent Geylang hoodlums? Not happy just spill the beans and spoil the party huh?

"Any 'chee-bye kia' will know your Umno style tricks when you use some Punggol East money to develop the trashware then deny their town council the use after tasting defeat during the By-Erections lor? Only bangla will think you are a Saint ok.

"No doubt we also give contracts to our supporters, that we learn from you hor. But can your town councils and AIMgate use the AIM transaction to endanger the continuity of public services? This is pure Umno style politicking.

Another regime Peasant Representative finally found her tongue and joined in the fray, using Quantum Mechanics' Uncertainty Principle, Denise Phua argued that she was certain the vaporware being obsolete was highlighted to the regime town councils as far back as 2009. Yet she was uncertain whether any Town Council got the message and underlying meaning.

Ms Phua, Peasant Representative for Moulmein-Kallang GRC, said: "To be honest hor, I use the obsolete excuse to allow another group of chums to seize some business opportunities ok. Since we can use the same opportunity to fix Labour, why not?"

"General Erections 2011 or even 2016 was the last thing on our minds. Some of us don't even know if we will be fielded. We were more concerned with siphoning money to our chum's pockets DISCRETELY till AIMgate spoiled everything."

Also raised by MP Pritam Babu Singh was a naive suggestion that companies owned by political parties should not be allowed to transact with town councils.

However, Penang Cow cautioned that such a route, unprecedented in politics, will affect EVEYONE's chums.

Giving details of the company as supplied by the ISD, the Minion revealed that the company was formed by a group of Prime Axis of Evil, Hougang town council employees and principally owned by a pro-labour husband and wife team who have a long association with the Angry Teochew Low. Both dodgy hubby and wife were also assentors and proposers in the 2006 General Election for the Labour Party team contesting in the Ang Mo Kio GRC.

Minion Cow said: "According to our moles and ISD reports, I can say the management contract which was worth 5.2 million peanuts a year was awarded to FMSS without tender and fucking hell, I do not even make 2 million peanuts annually.

"One year later, the chaps in then Twin Axis of Evil, Aljunied-Hougang Town Council did go for a tender where FMSS was the only tenderer and the three-year contract worth 16.8 peanuts million was given to FMSS. KNNCCB, then we use the same trick with AIM and then kenna bombarded? Not fair right. All politicians are equally dodgy, cannot say we are devils and labour are saints??!

"When ISD confirmed the 16.8 million peanut contract, I admit, I fucking think about it, I might as well resign as Birdcage Minion and join Labour's FMSS. Why work so hard and still get so many hate mail from stupid peasants?"

Penang $$$$$ Khaw also explained that the transition of the work of town councils from one political party to another can be done with discrete 'politicking'. He cited the cunning Peasant Representative for Potong Pasir, Swine Sitoh Yih Pin, had managed the issue after winning Potong Pasir in the 2011 General Erections.

Penang $$$$$ said: "He fucking smart, learn another Umno trick. On surface, we see him very kind and ask for an extension of the service of the general manager who had served for many years under senile Chiam See Tong. But fucking hell, how many knew the extent of the marginalization during the GM's last few months?

"Sitoh the Bastard made the GM do donkey work.....and the GM got the message and resigned eventually and Baboon Sitoh slickly portray himself as a Saint. But you have no fucking idea what happened to the rest of Chiam's lackeys!!", he sneered.

Penang $$$$$'s underlying message to the Labour was not to 'cry father and cry mother', saying the interests of Familee is paramount and peasants, including opposition pariahs, should be know their pecking order in the post-Old Autocrat era.
