Using Pre-paid phones security measure

I'm thinking of visiting some of the hookers on Dome3 - do you Johns also use pre-paid phones and 2nd hand phones to communicate with the pimps?

I bought a pre-paid sim but they asked for my passport which I reluctantly handed over to get photocopied.

But it does bother me that if there is a govt sting - they might demand the phone numbers the pimps called and I could get hauled up by the cops for questioning.

Is there a way to get under the counter pre-paid sims?

It's been well discussed everywhere, why don't you do a search? It's commonsense normal shops when you ask for prepaid, you will need your passport. Unless you specifically asked forr... well I'm not going to reveal or spoil the market. U go search
