By the way, the clean bird's nest is done by my grandmother without using detergent (like clorox for whitening). No mixing of other stuff.

Cook for 30 minutes then you will find out the differences between real and fake bird's nest.

The price is very affordable nowadays but soon will revert back to its usual market price once Malaysia Chinese Association done with certifying about 15 agents for exporting bird's nest to overseas market.
