Question About Re-Upping... Time?
Can anyone answer what the guideline is before you can "re-up" another SB member?
Is it measured by time (i.e. must be 1 month or 1 year between ups) or is it measured by number of other ups (i.e. must have upped XX others before re-upping)? Many thanks!
