The risk of forming such a group is one might meet someone he knows ... He could be your personal friend, bro in-law, uncle, colleague, cousins, relative, business assoicate, etc.

Probably he is not married so he has less worries not to say that he will be totally free from any possible embarrassments.

The consequences may not be so severe as compared to that of a married man.
