PEASANTPORE: The greedy regime has released three land parcels for private housing after forcing peasants off the land many donkey years ago.

Two adjacent peasant heartland sites at Yishun Street 51 have been launched for sale under the confirmed list.

The two executive condominium sites can yield about 1,010 residential units and will reap impressive profits for the regime's coffers.

At the same time, Housing Mafia has told stupid peasants there is not enough land to go around and they better accept any BTO pigeonholes or shut their trap.


The site at Margaret Drive, with a site area of about 4,800 square metres, will be made available on the Reserve List and it can yield about 275 private homes, much of it will be sold to middle crass peasants who will take up silly loans to service their debt.

In a joint news release, the Housing Mafia and the Turban Redevelopment Arses said those three sites are released for sale under the first half regime land sales programme to lease land for profits despite knowing those sites were formerly public pigeonhole sites.

This is a departure from the old policy to build affordable public pigeonholes, adding salt to injury when public housing land is leased to well connected developers for unproductive ventures. It will make private developers gleefully with joy when they can anticipate the fat cat profits and Ho Jinx will be pleased with a new source of cheap funds for her punts.
