Those rubbish signed in the last few era are far out dated. There is no more USSR. Today's US superpower position is practically historical.
Russia PRC are moved into much more positive advantage points. India Pakistan have nukes. Pyongyang is going for forth nuke test. Iran have enough preparation for a test.
NATO n Japs are broke and can not catch up with this expensive game. PRC Russia have deep pockets to arm in high quality quantity and sophistication level.
Now is the time to scrap these old agreements.
Why give NATO a relaxation break? Take full advantage and go full steam to build up and export arms, leave the pathetic bankrupt Ang Moh Kaos behind with their rotten stone age expensive rubbish arms.
No discount no concessions no mercy.
