Baboon Roy was forced to apologise after Babu Singh served papers, then he act the victim and accuse Ruler Loong of using Asiatic gangster tactics to silence dissenters and only wants to pay 5000 peanuts. Our Ruler Loong is paid millions and his image rights as a Familee is estimated to be in millions with his Familee Clan's assets amounting to a few billion peanuts, cannot be insulted with a 5k damages offer. In Asiatic society, things are different as in Anglo Saxon societies, Asiatic peasants are to treat their rulers as god kings and Baboon Roy, reading too much Jane Austen literature has the gall to make fun of Ruler Loong and dismiss him as a cheap Assyrian despot, cannot. Hence Babu Singh does the right thing to sue Baboon Roy with help from the Kangaroo Court to inflict max damage on Roy to warn other peasants (Catherine Lim next to be fixed) that they better kowtow Ruler Loong 5 times daily.
