The multi-tier underground city is coming

Proof of Concept has been achieved. Building multi-layer underground cities is now doable. Now the PAP can proceed with the 10 million population plan. Underground city masterplan: 1. Above ground city is for PAP elites, rich and angmo foreigners 2. Layer 1 is for PATANs (pinoy, ah tiongs and ah nehs) 3. Layer 2 is for most sinkees 4. Layer 3 is for poor sinkees.
