Here's a new trend that I went to have a look at myself (been using the Paktor app lately to get to know ladies around my age). So I've noticed that some of the potential matches shown are young ladies (supposedly) and more often that not, those that put Chinese names, show a SYT, their short description of the profile will have Traditional Chinese with a WeChat ID.

The story? You can add them without ANY problems, they appear normal from the start. After a few lines of dialogue, they will indicate that they do part time compensated dating (term used: 兼职禐交), and for a low low price of $100 you get to spend 2 hours with them. By now, alarm bells should be ringing, but seeing that Sunday was a rainy day and I was stuck at Chinatown for a bit, I decided to see what's what. A girl with the WeChat ID (dxfxx88) started chatting with me after I've added her ID. Within a while, she wanted to meet, and just nice she claimed she stays around that area. So I thought, fair enough, let's just see what happens.

Now, upon agreeing to meet, the modus operandi is that the girl WILL ask you to walk over to the nearby AXS machine and transfer $100 to Alipay. By now, the 'scam' is proven, so thought of going to troll for a while since it was still raining heavily and I wasn't going anywhere. I made a straight offer of meeting in person at the McDonald's at People's Park Complex, but with repeated claims of 'transfer first we meet once you show the receipt', I think we know where this will end if any bros here actually transfer money over to their Alipay accounts. I thought I'll lead her on, by saying there's a AXS app that I can do on the spot the moment we meet at the McDonald's. As expected, they will stick to their request of 'transfer first we meet once you show the receipt'.

Conclusion?
1) Friendly WeChat conversation will rapidly lead to offers for their 兼职禐交. Heck, my friend tried adding some and they immediately jumped to asking him about where he stays and making their offer within 5 minutes, starting from the first 'hello'.
2) Sure, they will ask you to meet somewhere. I think they will roughly know that the meeting place has a AXS machine nearby.
3) PLEASE DO NOT TRANSFER ANYTHING. Otherwise, you can come here to cry over your monetary loss, but I won't shed any tears for you.

Upon arrival at the mrt Axs machine, her "male friend" using cina number called me. Then ask me to buy what card or use Axs to transfer. Giving the excuse that the gal is lonely in sg and police is watching tight.
I refused which he insisted and kept claiming why not, that's how he does business and non of the clients refused such an arrangement.
I replied him nothing wrong to pay in person. So troublesome then don't want.
He became aggressive and say that I am guilty conscience.... Am I a police, etc.
Well i didn't get tricked with such techniques. I just say don't want and put down.
Call me again using pte number and saying same thing.
Called back 3rd time and I ignore.
Message the gal using Line and insisted. The tone is exactly the same as the Ah tiong. I say I left which he replied 有多远滚多远。
