Your wifey doesn't want sex because of one or more of the following reasons:
1) Low sex drive
2) Getting satisfied by someone else
3) You don't know how to give her the big O or make her feel sexy/wanted
4) Sex with you is boring. Feels like a routine and not something that she WANTS

Advise you to try out new things to spice up your sex life. Do some roleplay, spend more effort to sextify her. Get a vibrator. Sex is not do-and-done.
