Hey bros, sorry if my thread is not at the appropriate place, but i dunno where else to put le since this is the only thread about "misc chit chat" so i thot i placed it here.....

I just bought and read May's edition of Oz Ralph with Joanna Krupa on the cover, anyways there's a section of "Ralph's World Cup of Sex" Basically it shows some tips on where to have good time around the world...and one with Title "Don't spit or swallow" with explanation of in S'pore we could go to jail for 10 years for getting BJ if it's not proceed to sex. So just wonderin bros is this actually true?

In SG Law.......! If u have a BJ without fxxking the cxxt, u can go to jail. But if u have a BJ and after the BJ u fxxk the cxxt... than ur alright.

There has to be prosecution involved, else I believe about 70% of the forum members would have gone to jail already. Even if they didn't do BBBJ or CIM.

Correct me if I'm wrong.....

I think having intercourse against the nature with any woman/man/animals...most probably will b punished with life imprisonment,or with an imprisonment of up to 10 yrs also b liable to a fine.

Hmmm interesting law indeed. If i may, when does one report of such incident where either themselves having oral sex only or they spotted ppl just only having oral sex? I mean if such ppl report to the authority isn't that ppl who reported can be considered as breaching the privacy barrier

And here's a rather funny thought of mine..say if the authorities actually spotted such act somewhere secluded, so they're just going to watch and wait what's gonna happen once the oral sex done? and they just straight away charge them of unnatural sex act?

What if the happy couple got some kind of techniques that they do foreplay and then rest for a while then continue on.....

I'm not trying to disobey the SG law or disrespect them, but i just think the logic sense of it all.....any brudders got same thoughts?

Then do you think AV will charge the gals for performing BJ only based on FR in which customers pay gals $80 for BJ?

How about in legal brothels where some customers ask for BJ only and they post FR, will AV charge the WL who perform only BJ, but not FJ?

Hehe interesting question, but i bet if such payment being made perhaps none will press charges unless there's more to it like abuse or something else.

Technically its true...

but Ho Peng Kee (if i recall correctly) did say that where there are acts between consenting adults....it should not be an offence and that the govt is looking into decriminalising oral sex between consenting adults.

Generally, they only invoke the "unnatural sex" thing if it involves acts of gross indecency or young people, like that motherfucker who made his daughter blow him. Or where someone in a position of authority abuses it, like that paedophile who made young boys blow him.

Anal sex on the other hand, is another story. Don't ever buttfuck...even its consensual, if she report you, you're screwed. They're a lot stricter than oral sex.
