SCDF CPL Kok Yuen Chin (NSF) dies after being found unconscious
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
SINGAPORE: A Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) full-time national serviceman has died after being found unconscious at the bottom of a fire station pump well. The NSF who died, Corporal Kok Yuen Chin, had gone into the pump well at Tuas View fire station as part of activities to celebrate his impending ORD with squad mates. SCDF said it appears the mishap arose as a result of activities which it has prohibited. Two SCDF personnel have been arrested.
