Why don't you get her to self manage? Cut out the middle man and earn the fees 100% for herself. The way I see it, few will pay $100 for a PRC. Considering the cut a OKT will take, this girl is better off charging $80 and retaining 100% of the fees. Sometimes I wonder if this FL dome should be renamed OKT dome instead.
