SD scammer from SA

I met this guy last week. He seemed pretty decent and trustworthy. 40yo, divorced, not bad looking.

We agreed to have an arrangement, and I told him I was fine with a biweekly for the first month and subsequently monthly.

Yesterday we went to a hotel and we had sex. I didn't ask for the money beforehand because I didn't want to come across as like so transactional.

After the deed was done, he gave me a ride to where I needed to be and I was half expecting he will bring up the topic of the allowance or pass the $$ to me before he drop me off. But he didn't. (Totally ACT BLUR)

So I was like okay lah never mind. Maybe he really forgot. So I alighted his car. Didnt hear any sound from him after that.

Today whole day no sound. I started to feel uneasy. And so I tried to text him so are we meeting soon? No reply. And only one tick. I am not sure if he blocked me but so far my messages all one tick. Previous msgs all two ticks.

I feel so damn stupid and angry. How come I got cheated again? This is second time on SA already. (First time was a few years ago, this fucker who called himself "Ghostcon" on SA. Ghost maybe not, but con definitely he was.)

I was waiting for this amount of cash to come in so I could settle some family stuff but it looks like now I have to find the $ elsewhere.

I really dont understand why he cannot just find a FL or go Tinder to find a chick to fxxx or something if he wants free one? Instead of pretending to be a SD, meet and chat for hours, and all the big talk about how arrangement should be built on trust etc. What bloody crap!

I feel so sick and nauseous now. I am really damn stupid.

Ermmm... dude how exactly do you propose we check on this story to make sure it is "100% true"? Ask TS to reveal the scammer's identity? What's the point when there is no way that guy will ever confess? Provide conversation screenshots? Those can be faked easily if she really wanted to scam upvotes from us.

Let's examine the situation in detail. Why would TS need to get "pitiful votes" on an account with a negative reputation? If her goal is to get forum rep, wouldn't it be a better idea to post the sob story on a brand new account with a positive rep?

Also, how do you "get money from gullible guys" with a high rep? Its not like people will throw money at her just because she has 1000000 reputation points right?

Anyway, looking at her post history, TS's rep was negative probably because of her first thread. I think the way she described herself as "high maintenance" ticked off some of the guys and they down voted her accordingly.

Finally, dude what do you mean by it is hazy and nobody would go out? I just went out for dinner at Liang Court. Lots of people out there in Boat Quay drinking merrily. How is going out when its hazy not credible?

Personally, I think TS's story checks out. She probably got scammed, and her first instinct is to cry about it on the only place she could. Its not as if she can just tell her friends or relatives that she tried to get a sugar daddy, and got fucked for free instead.

At some point, you have to decide if you want to give people the benefit of doubt, or remain in a distrusting/paranoid mode forever.

Us getting scam - they do happen. While we try our best to avoid being so transactional, it is always better to ask at the start before your begin.

It could always start w every two weeks paid at the start.

I hope this doesn’t scare you off cos I’ve also been scammed once via locanto, but hey it’s only through these that we learn and be wary

I am open to arrangement but not ppm. First month can be biweekly basis due to trust issues.

Anyway I want to take this opportunity to advise bros on the other end of the spectrum as well. Just as SBs meeting potentials for the first time shouldn't do the deed without getting paid, potential SDs should NEVER EVER transfer money.

Seen all kinds of sob stories before. There was one who forwarded me messages from "loan sharks", as well as a video of what seems to be a HDB flat door burning. But c'mon man. All that can be faked. If it is THAT urgent, ok cool no prob meet in a hotel room, pay in cash. Anyone with loan sharks at their door and genuinely needs that kinda money will have no problems with this arrangement. I mean what else are you gonna do? Let the "loan sharks" chop you up? But nope, she couldn't call the bluff. Went on a "you don't trust me " song and dance. Which pretty much confirms that SB is a fake.

Trust has to be earned.

Use common sense.
