Why some ktv get regular raids, some ktv hardly any raids?
Could the bosses have offended the Men-In-Blue, or they never pay protection money ?

Is it also due to backing (后山或者后台）strong or not strong......
If backing is strong, the raids will be lesser or I should say long long than come once..... I understand that 1 very "happening" place along GL was raided twice for the past couple of years...... I believe the backing must be very stong..... My 2 cents worth....
